Led by experienced professionals in coaching, counselling, and strategy, we provide a safe space for councils to address challenges, improve teamwork, and create a culture of respect.

Founder Becky Walsh

Becky Walsh is a comedian, author, and communications expert with a passion for psychology, personal development, and human behaviour. Her comedy explores power dynamics, resilience, and dealing with difficult people, blending sharp wit with deep insight.

She has hosted radio shows for LBC and BBC, authored You DO Know, and trained professionals in communication and leadership. As a social media strategist, she overhauls council communications, and as a counsellor-in-training, she works with young people and homeless clients.

Whether on stage, in a workshop, or behind the scenes, Becky is all about cutting through nonsense, empowering others, and making people laugh while they learn.
